Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger commander whose triggered ability turns every noncreature spell into +1/+1 counters and 1 damage to each opponent. The deck accelerates her onto the battlefield early with fast mana, then uses Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout to make each ping draw cards. The primary kill is a Hullbreaker Horror loop: Vivi plus two mana rocks lets Hullbreaker's cast trigger bounce a rock, and recasting Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Mox Amber produces infinite artifact casts, each draining all opponents through Vivi. Extra-turn spells and Quicksilver Elemental are backup/tempo lines, while free counterspells protect the assembled engine.
