This mono-blue deck is commanded by Hermes, Overseer of Elpis, focusing on converting noncreature spells into an army of 1/1 flying vigilance Bird tokens. By pairing steady token creation with combat-damage draw engines like Coastal Piracy, Bident of Thassa, and Reconnaissance Mission, the deck generates overwhelming card advantage.
