Baral chief of deez nutz

Format: Commander

Commander: Baral, Chief of Compliance

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Baral, Chief of Compliance leads a mono-blue control and combo deck designed to dominate the stack before executing an instant-speed finish. Baral lowers the cost of all instant and sorcery spells while converting successful counterspells into card filtering triggers. The deck restrains opponents through efficient interaction, card draw engines like Rhystic Study and Archmage Emeritus, and disruptive hand locks using Narset, Parter of Veils alongside Windfall. Once sufficient mana and protection are assembled, the deck wins through Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal generating infinite mana for Blue Sun's Zenith or Brain Freeze, or by resolving Paradigm Shift into Thassa's Oracle.
