Deck overview

This deck is an Inalla, Archmage Ritualist combo-control deck centered on Grixis Wizard tribal synergies. Inalla provides eminence-based token doubling directly from the command zone, allowing entering nontoken Wizards to generate immediate value or execute deterministic one-card win chains. The primary path to victory involves casting Spellseeker on Turn 4 to assemble a reanimation and token-duplication loop, creating infinite hasty attackers or infinite mana and life drain. Compact backup win conditions like Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation and Dualcaster Mage with Twinflame provide exceptional redundancy. Strong tutor density—bolstered by Step Through's uncounterable wizardcycling—ensures reliable access to combo pieces. A robust interactive suite features free counterspells like Force of Will and Deflecting Swat, alongside flexible Wizard-based answers like Tishana's Tidebinder and Ertai Resurrected. While capable of explosive Turn 4 finishes, the list also sustains mid-game attrition through Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Rhystic Study.
