Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is helmed by Emry, Lurker of the Loch, whose affinity makes her cheap and whose tap ability provides relentless recursion from the graveyard. The core plan is to deploy cost reducers, untap engines, and a density of cheap artifacts to loop them for infinite mana, tokens, or mill. The primary win conditions are an infinite loop with Emry + an untap creature (e.g., Mirran Spy) + a zero-drop artifact + a mana-positive piece, fueling Altar of the Brood to mill opponents out or generating overwhelming Thopter/Myr tokens via Efficient Construction and Sai, Master Thopterist. The deck also includes Metalwork Colossus as a giant beater and Bolas's Citadel (though it is illegal in the deck's color identity) as a nominal alternative. The strategy is highly linear and relies on Emry staying on the battlefield to maintain the loop.
