Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius (WU) blink/flicker strategy helmed by Kykar, Zephyr Awakener. The primary game plan revolves around casting noncreature spells to trigger Kykar's two-mode ability: either exile a creature you control and return it at end step, or create a 1/1 white Spirit token with flying. This allows you to repeatedly blink creatures with powerful enters-the-battlefield (ETB) triggers, generating massive card advantage, mana, or token swarms. The deck leverages cards like Peregrine Drake and Cloud of Faeries for untap loops, Displacer Kitten for extra blinks per noncreature spell, and Soulherder/Teleportation Circle for sustained value. Cathars' Crusade and Divine Visitation convert token generation into lethal combat pressure. While not a dedicated cEDH deck, it presents a resilient and recursive value engine that can win through combat damage or infinite mana loops into a finisher.
