Niv-Mizzet, Visionary by Nenshu

Format: Commander

Commander: Niv-Mizzet, Visionary

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An Izzet burn/draw deck built to turn Niv-Mizzet, Visionary into a reusable Curiosity: every point of noncombat damage refills the hand. The primary plan is to land a cheap pinger, resolve the 6-mana commander, then chain instants and sorceries so Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer triggers plus direct burn create a snowballing draw engine and machine-gun the table. Secondary avenues are the two non-commander Niv-Mizzets (Firemind and Parun) with Curiosity or Tandem Lookout for an infinite draw/damage loop, plus Triskaidekaphile as a hand-size alternate win. The commander is the engine, not the damage; keeping the dragon on the battlefield is the central constraint.
