Deck overview

Sephiroth's front face is the engine: every extra creature sacrificed becomes a card and every other death drains. The deck is built around that front face, with the One-Winged Angel back as a late-game payoff that adds an emblem drain and turns a wide board into cards. There is no hidden commander; Tergrid is a disruptive value piece rather than a build-around. Secondary paths are Bolas's Citadel chains, Gray Merchant devotion swings, and Torment of Hailfire after an infinite-mana loop. The primary win is an aristocrat loop: Phyrexian Altar + Pitiless Plunderer + Reassembling Skeleton/Bloodsoaked Champion plus Blood Artist, killing the table through infinite death triggers.
