New Untitled Deck by user6551281

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red Treasure/Dragon deck built around Smaug the Magnificent, a haste 4/3 that pings any target for each Treasure you control and creates a Treasure each upkeep. The plan is to flood the board with Treasures - via Xorn, Academy Manufactor, Goldspan Dragon, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, and a dozen attack/upkeep triggers - then convert the hoard into damage through Smaug's ping, extra combat phases (Aggravated Assault, Scourge of the Throne, Great Train Heist), or a massive Crackle with Power. Alternate wins include Hellkite Tyrant and Knuckles the Echidna artifact-count wins, plus infinite-mana loops with Reiterate. The deck is explosive but fragile: the mana base is very thin and the interaction suite is almost entirely sorcery-speed.
