Commander: The Ninth Doctor and Clara Oswald

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Ninth Doctor and Clara Oswald lead a Jeskai upkeep manipulation and suspend deck designed to overwhelm opponents through cumulative advantage. Clara Oswald chooses white, granting access to Jeskai colors while doubling Doctor triggers. The primary strategy focuses on tapping The Ninth Doctor so that his untap trigger grants extra upkeep steps each turn. These additional upkeeps rapidly resolve suspended powerhouses and accelerate exponential triggers from permanents like Assemble the Legion, Mirror-Sigil Sergeant, and Dragonmaster Outcast. Secondary win conditions utilize extra beginning phases from Sphinx of the Second Sun and token cloning to close out games through overwhelming combat damage.
