Blink and You'll Miss It by user8594281

Format: Commander

Commander: Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-white deck helmed by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd is a blink/token value engine that wins by going wide. Phelia's attack trigger exiles a permanent and returns it at end step, giving repeatable blink value on a flash body. The core is a dense blink package - Ephemerate, Cloudshift, Eerie Interlude, Ghostway, Conjurer's Closet, Teleportation Circle, Felidar Guardian, Restoration Angel - that re-triggers ETB effects from token generators like Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, Oketra's Monument, Evangel of Heliod, and Thousand Moons Smithy. The primary win is a buffed swarm: Cathars' Crusade, Flowering of the White Tree, Moonshaker Cavalry, and Akroma's Will turn a wide board lethal. A secondary infinite line - Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward + Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel - generates infinite Soldiers and ETB triggers with Cathars' Crusade or the draw engines as payoff. The deck is deliberately built to function at full capacity without Phelia on the battlefield.
