Dwalin, Weaponmaster by big_ajohn

Format: Commander

Commander: Dwalin, Weaponmaster

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dwalin is a Boros equipment-dwarf deck that turns its commander into a scalable voltron. The primary plan is to tutor up Colossus Hammer, reduce or cheat equip costs, then deal commander damage with double strike. Dwalin's hone-counter trigger grows every Equipment each time he enters or attacks, letting small Axes and hammers snowball. A secondary path is a dwarf-token swarm backed by anthem effects and Equipment-based card draw. Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist functions as a hidden commander by attaching all Equipment for free at combat. Cheap protection spells and instant-speed interaction keep the key attacker alive through the kill turn.
