Deck overview

This is a Mardu "assassin pinger" deck built around Kelsien, the Plague. The core loop is to give Kelsien deathtouch, use his haste and tap ability to kill creatures, and convert every kill into an experience counter, making him a growing commander-damage threat. Untap effects, equipment, and ability copies let him fire multiple times per turn, while Maha, Its Feathers Night makes every opposing creature toughness 1 and Taii Wakeen, Perfect Shot turns those pings into cards. Mari, the Killing Quill and Revel in Riches convert kills into card advantage, Treasures, and an alternate win. Vorpal Sword plus All-Out Assault can close out two players in a single turn, and secondary experience engines in Otharri, Suns' Glory, Minthara, Merciless Soul, and Daxos the Returned keep the plan functioning if Kelsien is hated out. This is a removal-heavy, mid-speed control-voltron hybrid.
