Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint is supplied as a single-faced commander, so there is no second face to evaluate. The deck is a low-curve Rakdos outlaw swarm that turns cheap Rogues, Assassins, Pirates, and Warlocks into combat pressure, then converts combat or crimes into more bodies and stolen cards. Jasper is a value commander: after surviving to upkeep, he exiles cards equal to the outlaw count and lets you cast them, while creatures cast from opponents' exile become Mercenaries. Vaan, Street Thief is the hidden commander, with Grenzo, Havoc Raiser and Gonti, Night Minister as backup theft engines. The deck has no deterministic combo; it wins through repeated evasive attacks, token growth, and stolen removal or damage spells.
