Deck overview

This mono-red deck is an explosive storm and combo archetype built around Zada, Hedron Grinder. The game plan focuses on deploying inexpensive token producers on the first three turns, casting Zada on Turn 4, and targeting Zada with single-mana cantrips like Expedite and Crimson Wisps. Because Zada copies each targeted spell for every other creature on your battlefield, a single 1-mana spell draws a full new hand. This massive card draw connects directly into explosive rituals like Battle Hymn and Brightstone Ritual, mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Birgi, God of Storytelling, and massive power pump spells like Fists of Flame and Ancestral Anger. The deck aims to draw through its entire library in a single turn, buffing an army of hasty, trample-enabled creatures to eliminate the entire table in combat on Turn 4. It also carries a compact backup win condition in Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame.
