Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats and attrition strategy centered on Rakdos, the Muscle. The deck leverages efficient mana acceleration to deploy its commander by Turn 4 or 5 alongside sacrificial fodder and outlets. Once active, Rakdos, the Muscle converts creature sacrifices into massive impulse card advantage by exiling cards equal to mana value from opponents' libraries. The deck controls the board through persistent edict effects like Grave Pact and ping damage from Mayhem Devil, while turning high-mana-value creatures like Dargo, the Shipwrecker and evoked elementals into explosive resource bursts. Win conditions stem from combined evasive commander damage, scaling Aristocrats burn via Stalking Vengeance and Ayara, First of Locthwain, or infinite sacrifice loops with Phyrexian Altar and Forsaken Miner. Strong internal redundancy and graveyard recursion make the engine resilient against removal.
