Draw and Bleed by YamiRaito

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis deck uses Nekusar, the Mindrazer to turn forced draws into damage. You force opponents to draw extra cards with Nekusar, Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix and wheels, and punish each draw with Nekusar, Fate Unraveler, Underworld Dreams, Ob Nixilis and Razorkin Needlehead. Wheels like Windfall, Dark Deal and Reforge the Soul deal burst damage and refill hands. A second path wins without combat through Doomsday or Demonic Consultation piles that empty the library for Thassa's Oracle, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac. Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity offers a separate draw-damage loop. Nekusar is the main engine and payoff; the deck can pivot when he is removed.
