Lozhan (Dragons) by redhound

Format: Commander

Commander: Lozhan, Dragons' Legacy

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet Dragon deck is helmed by **Lozhan, Dragons' Legacy**, a flying Shaman who deals damage equal to each Dragon or Adventure spell's mana value to any non-commander target when you cast it. The primary game plan is to deploy early cost reduction (Urza's Incubator, Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman), ramp to cast Lozhan, then drop consecutive Dragons to burn out opponents' life totals and their boards. Supplemental win conditions come from combat damage with Scourge of the Throne providing extra combats and Terror of the Peaks/Warstorm Surge adding huge ETB triggers. The deck lacks a compact infinite combo, relying instead on a tide of high-MV Dragons that each trigger Lozhan and numerous incidental burn effects.
