Deck overview

This mono-black deck blends big-mana ramp, Eldrazi powerhouses, and graveyard theft led by Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. The early turns focus on establishing a resilient mana base through Swamps, mana rocks, and nonbasic land synergies like Locus lands and Crypt Ghast. By Turn 5, the deck sets up its resource engines, pivoting on Turn 6 to deploy overwhelming threats such as Breach the Multiverse, Kozilek, the Broken Reality, or ninjutsuing Ink-Eyes to reanimate the strongest opposing creature. While it lacks instant-speed fast mana and infinite combo finishes, the deck excels at generating compounding card advantage and recurring large threats that close out games through heavy combat pressure over three turns. It functions as a resilient mid-game midrange-control deck with high-impact cast triggers.
