Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated mono-black aristocrats and attrition strategy helmed by Avacyn, Angel of Horror. Rather than relying on fast infinite combos, the list leverages low-cost sacrifice fodder, efficient mana rocks, and card-draw engines to assemble a resilient board state by Turn 4. Critical onset typically occurs around Turn 6 with the arrival of devastating mid-to-late game threats such as Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Dictate of Erebos, or Avacyn herself.
