Deck overview

This is a Grand Arbiter Augustin IV Azorius stax/prison deck built to suffocate the table under a dense web of tax and lock pieces. The plan is to deploy early disruption (Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Authority of the Consuls, Mystic Remora), cast GAAIV to discount every spell you cast while taxing opponents, then layer hard locks - Winter Orb, Static Orb, Stasis, Trinisphere, Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria - until the game grinds to a halt. The primary win is the Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace combo, which exiles an opponent's entire library in a single activation; backup wins come from slow combat beats (Lodestone Golem, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant) and Blind Obedience extort. This is a classic draw-go prison that wins by making the game unplayable for everyone else.
