Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis attrition and reanimator strategy piloted by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. The game plan revolves around forcing symmetrical discard across the entire table while turning those discards into massive card advantage and board presence. Early turns focus on deploying passive discard punishers like Waste Not, Bandit's Talent, and Liliana's Caress. On Turn 5, casting Kefka strips cards from all opponents and draws a fresh hand based on the discarded card types. Once opponents are low on resources, the deck transitions into a lethal threat using heavy combat finishers like Shredder, Shadow Master, Ancient Brass Dragon, Karlach, Fury of Avernus, or a game-ending Rise of the Dark Realms. Graveyard theft effects and attrition engines keep opponents starved of options while this deck dominates combat.
