Deck overview

This deck is a five-color enchantment midrange list centered on Tom Bombadil and a dense suite of Sagas. The primary game plan spends the opening turns fixing mana and accelerating curve progression through green land tutors and artifacts. By turn 5, the commander enters alongside low-cost Sagas and counter manipulators such as Hex Parasite, Power Conduit, and Goldberry, River-Daughter. As Sagas tick up and resolve their final chapters, Tom cascades into additional high-impact Sagas directly onto the battlefield. Critical onset arrives on turn 7 with dominant threats like Summon: Knights of Round, Kiora Bests the Sea God, and Summon: Bahamut. These cards generate massive token swarms and asymmetric board suppression that close out the game over two combat rotations by turn 9. While resilient to targeted commander removal thanks to Tom's built-in hexproof and indestructible, the deck remains vulnerable to mass enchantment exile.
