Deck overview

This deck is a fast-paced mono-red aggressive Warrior tribal list commanded by Gornog, the Red Reaper. The strategy revolves around deploying cheap Warriors in the opening turns, casting Gornog on Turn 3, and immediately attacking to designate opposing creatures as Cowards. Because Cowards cannot block Warriors, Gornog renders opposing defenses obsolete while scaling the attack power of your entire board. The deck amplifies this combat pressure through powerful damage multipliers such as Shared Animosity, Berserkers' Onslaught, and Collective Inferno, rapidly knocking players out of the game. It sustains momentum using combat-based impulse draw engines like Anep, Vizier of Hazoret and Professional Face-Breaker, and safeguards key pieces with free or low-cost redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and Bolt Bend. It also carries a compact infinite combat backup combo in Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Combat Celebrant.
