Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is led by Gandalf, Party Guest, focusing on a flavor-rich legendary Wizard spellslinger theme. The primary plan uses Gandalf's combat trigger to cheat instant and sorcery spells into play for free, scaling in mana value with every legendary Wizard on the battlefield. As spells are cast, dedicated burn engines such as Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Longshot, Rebel Bowman deal direct damage to all opponents simultaneously. Multipliers like Harmonic Prodigy and Collective Inferno rapidly amplify this damage output. The deck supports its burn engine with dense reactive interaction, featuring six counterspells and five versatile board sweepers including Blasphemous Act and Winds of Abandon. While the list lacks fast infinite combos or stax locks, it compensates with high functional redundancy and resilient backup threats, reliably closing out games around Turn 8 through overwhelming group burn.
