Liberty Prime by alexgplays

Format: Commander

Commander: Liberty Prime, Recharged

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai energy- and artifact-themed deck is built around Liberty Prime, Recharged, an 8/8 haste beater that demands energy to survive combat. The primary plan is to generate large quantities of energy through a dense suite of ETB and attack triggers, then convert that energy into overwhelming combat advantage via extra combat steps (Lightning Runner) and extra turns (Gonti's Aether Heart). The deck also leverages artifact synergies for card advantage (Thopter Spy Network, Dr. Madison Li) and mass recursion (Open the Vaults, Wake the Past). Win conditions include commander damage, a wide token swarm from Whirler Virtuoso and Scurry of Gremlins, and the explosive reach of Blaster Hulk or Sentinel Sarah Lyons. The commander's activated ability (tap, sacrifice an artifact: get two energy and draw a card) provides both fuel and card flow, making it a central engine.
