Deck overview

This mono-green deck utilizes Kodama of the North Tree as an elusive, resilient combat centerpiece. Kodama's native shroud and trample bypass conventional spot removal, creating an immediate problem for opponents once supported by power-doubling enchantments and overrun effects. The early game focuses on accelerating mana through low-cost land searchers and mana dorks, ensuring Kodama enters play by Turn 4 alongside potent card draw engines like Elemental Bond and Tribute to the World Tree. On Turn 5, force multipliers such as Unnatural Growth, Raised by Giants, or Wolfir Silverheart inflate Kodama into a lethal trampling threat capable of eliminating players in two attacks. Dense anti-counter measures and instant-speed indestructible protection safeguard the board against disruption, while a robust fog suite blunts incoming aggression. Lacking infinite combos or direct tutors, the deck relies on high functional redundancy and relentless combat pressure to close the game across multiple turns.
