Kilo: Proliferate + Poison by user2079400

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a proliferate engine, but the deck's primary path is an artifact-combo finish. You assemble Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal to generate infinite mana, then cast Walking Ballista to drain each opponent. If that line is disrupted, Kilo's tap-trigger proliferate fuels secondary wins via The Millennium Calendar (time counters) or poison from Prologue to Phyresis. The rest is a tempo-control shell with heavy countermagic, tutor density, and fast mana to protect the combo while assembling it.
