Buckle Up (Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Commander Precon Decklist)

Format: Commander

Commander: Kotori, Pilot Prodigy

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kotori, Pilot Prodigy leads an Azorius artifact-vehicle deck that wins by crewing evasive Vehicles and attacking with a growing board. The primary plan is to deploy cheap mana rocks and pilots, drop Vehicles like Smuggler's Copter and Shorikai, Genesis Engine, then use Kotori's crew 2 to attack while drawing cards. Secondary paths are Cyberdrive Awakener animating all noncreature artifacts for a burst, Parhelion II generating Angel tokens, and Master of Etherium/Kappa Cannoneer as large beaters. Kotori is an enabler rather than a combo piece; Shorikai acts as a hidden commander, providing card advantage and Pilot tokens. The deck has no infinite combos and wins through incremental combat damage.
