Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Landfall battlecruiser strategy built around Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The deck runs 45 lands and a rich suite of early mana rocks to reliably cast its 7-mana commander on Turn 5. The moment Nissa enters and a land is played, her Landfall ability immediately draws a card and puts the top creature from the library onto the battlefield for free. The creature suite is packed with massive threats, including Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Toxrill, the Corrosive, Roil Elemental, and Astral Dragon. Each subsequent land drop or fetchland trigger continues to build an overwhelming board state. While the deck relies on combat damage to eliminate opponents across multiple turns, its high card velocity, resilient mana base, and targeted interaction give it the staying power to outvalue and overpower standard Commander pods.
