A Golden Army by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Galazeth Prismari

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet artifacts deck helmed by Galazeth Prismari combines spell-slinging with artifact token generation. The commander provides a Treasure on ETB and turns all artifacts into mana sources exclusively for instants and sorceries, incentivizing a high-density of token producers (Academy Manufactor, Third Path Iconoclast, Storm-Kiln Artist) and payoff cards like Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, and Hellkite Tyrant. The primary win condition is assembling Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal to generate infinite mana, then pinging opponents with Fireweaver/Artillerist or creating enough artifacts for Hellkite Tyrant s alternate win. Secondary paths include combat damage with Goldspan Dragon and The Reaver Cleaver, Thousand-Year Storm copying spells, or a large Rise and Shine blowout. The deck runs a heavy dose of cheap instants and sorceries for draw, selection, and protection.
