Deck overview

This Izzet Wizard deck is an aggressive spellslinger combat deck built around Adeliz, the Cinder Wind. You deploy a board of cheap Wizards, then chain instants and sorceries to pump the team +1/+1 per spell with Adeliz and give trample with Balmor, Battlemage Captain or Frostcliff Siege. Adeliz has flying and haste and attacks the turn you cast her, so every spell immediately raises your clock. Secondary pressure comes from prowess counters on Electrostatic Infantry, tokens from Drake Hatcher, and value from Archmage Emeritus and Goliath Daydreamer. There is no hidden commander and no infinite combo; wins come from sequential pumped attacks backed by a dense counterspell and removal suite.
