Bracket 3 - Feather's Weather Report by Sp0okyChills

Format: Commander

Commander: Feather, the Redeemed

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Feather, the Redeemed pilots a Boros spellslinger-Voltron hybrid that treats one-mana targeted instants as repeatable resources. Because every instant or sorcery that targets a creature returns to hand, cards like Defiant Strike, Expedite, and Crimson Wisps become reusable cantrips. The deck then uses Zada, Hedron Grinder, Leyline of Resonance, and Frontline Heroism to multiply those cantrips into one-sided draw/pump effects, while Young Pyromancer, Monastery Mentor, and Storm-Kiln Artist turn the storm count into tokens and Treasures. Wins come from commander damage via double strike and extra combat, or from a single massive Chandra's Ignition; Aria of Flame and Guttersnipe supply a non-combat fallback. The curve is low and the engine is explosive, but the deck has almost no tutors and is highly dependent on keeping Feather on the battlefield.
