There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt. by JUMBO

Commander: Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a political goad deck helmed by Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser, built to make the table beat itself while she turns every attacker into card draw. The core loop is simple: cast Nelly, attack to suspect and goad creatures, then profit as your opponents' goaded boards smash into each other - each connection draws both you and the attacker's controller a card. The deck layers in redundant goad enablers (Disrupt Decorum, Taunt from the Rampart, Komainu Battle Armor, Taunting Kobold), attack payoffs (Combat Calligrapher, Frontier Warmonger, Death Kiss), and defensive pillowfort pieces (Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Norn's Annex). Its win conditions are combat-focused: Insurrection, damage doublers like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Fiendish Duo, and The Sound of Drums, plus commander-damage beats from a buffed Nelly or Agrus Kos, Spirit of Justice. This is a "don't hit me, hit them" plan that turns card draw and goad into inevitability.
