This deck is a Bant artifact midrange and reanimator strategy helmed by Tocasia, Dig Site Mentor. Tocasia grants all creatures vigilance and the ability to tap to surveil 1. This allows the deck to attack freely, sculpt draws, and deliberately fill the graveyard with high-cost artifact threats. Acceleration from mana rocks and cost reducers enables a turn 4 Tocasia deployment.
