Deck overview

This is a Simic Mutant/Ninja/Turtle tribal deck helmed by Mikey & Don, Party Planners, built around the commander's top-deck access to cast Mutant, Ninja, and Turtle spells (and lands) from the top of the library, with those creatures entering with an extra +1/+1 counter. The deck generates Mutagen tokens - artifacts that sacrifice for +1/+1 counters - through a dense suite of Mutant creatures, and leverages heavy counter synergies like Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11 (counter doubler) and Donatello, Mutant Mechanic (counter redistribution). The primary win condition is a go-wide trampling beatdown finished by Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation, backed by a robust ramp package of mana dorks and land tutors. Secondary lines grind value through Rhystic Study, Sylvan Library, and Tatyova, Benthic Druid before overwhelming the table.
