Kuja throws spells at people by user1904389

Format: Commander

Commander: Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer is a Rakdos spellslinger commander whose front face creates 0/1 Wizard tokens that ping each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell. The deck is built for the back face, Trance Kuja, because it doubles all damage from Wizards, turning every token trigger into a major burn engine. The primary plan is to flip Kuja by curving token makers into him, then chain cheap instants and sorceries for massive table-wide damage. Secondary paths include Dire Fleet Ravager life loss, Grapeshot storm, and recursive casting from the graveyard or exile. There is no hidden commander; the deck's identity centers entirely on maximizing Trance Kuja's Flare Star.
