Vivi Ornitier by Cameronalexander9049

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger combo deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, a self-growing mana battery and table-wide ping engine. Every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 to each opponent; once per turn Vivi converts that power into blue/red mana, so the commander both fuels and rewards a high spell density. The primary wins are classic Niv-Mizzet + draw-aura loops (Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, Tandem Lookout), Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal infinite mana into Thassa's Oracle / Laboratory Maniac, and raw noncombat burn amplified by Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Fiery Emancipation. Secondary pressure comes from Hullbreaker Horror control, Niv-Mizzet, Visionary damage-to-draw, and overloaded Cyclonic Rift. Vivi accelerates assembly but is not required-the Niv package and Scepter line live fully in the 99.
