Gandalf, Party Burn by Deadpool

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck is helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, who turns combat steps into free instant/sorcery casts scaled by the number of legendary Wizards you control. The deck floods the board with legendary Wizards (Kykar, Wind's Fury, Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Veyran, Voice of Duality, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, and many more) to maximize Gandalf's X value, then deploys copy effects (Double Vision, Twinferno, Alania, Divergent Storm) to multiply spell output. Primary win conditions include massive direct damage from Crackle with Power, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, or Insurrection for a combat steal, supplemented by pingers like Guttersnipe and Coruscation Mage. The deck also runs Nexus of Fate for an extra turn and Lier, Disciple of the Drowned to recur spells from the graveyard.
