Deck overview

This mono-black Zombie aristocrats deck uses Ghoulcaller Gisa to convert individual high-power creatures into wide armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Supported by classic tribal lords and sacrifice-drain staples like Ayara, First of Locthwain and Bastion of Remembrance, the deck aims to build critical mass on the battlefield before closing out opponents through evasive combat or explosive life drain. Early turns focus on mana setup, recursive bodies, and high-power fodder like Rotting Regisaur. Once Gisa resolves and untaps, she rapidly multiplies the board state. While the deck boasts strong resilience against spot removal through recursive cards like Gravecrawler and Dread Return, it remains reliant on combat steps and vulnerable to mass exile effects, lacking counterspells or artifact answers.
