Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver is a Dimir Zombie aristocrats deck that turns death triggers into cards and decayed tokens into pressure. The primary path is to build a wide Zombie horde with Wilhelt, Diregraf Colossus, Grave Titan, and token engines, then convert it into life loss through Bastion of Remembrance, Diregraf Captain, and Bontu's Monument. The secondary plan is a compact Gravecrawler loop: with a cost reducer such as Bontu's Monument and a Zombie sacrifice outlet, Gravecrawler is free and drains opponents. Rooftop Storm, Living Death, and Whip of Erebos allow mass recursion as a fallback. The commander's end-step sacrifice-draw engine is the deck's main consistency tool; without it, the plan is slower but still functional. The commander is single-faced; there is no hidden commander, though Poppet Stitcher // Poppet Factory is a background token modifier.
