Commander: Nico Minoru, Runaway

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Commander Nico Minoru, Runaway is a mono-red 'cast from exile' storm-burn deck. Every non-hand cast triggers Nico's 2 damage to each opponent and feeds paradox cards like Flaming Tyrannosaurus, Memory Worm, and Impending Flux. Impulse engines (Chandra, Glimpse, Count on Luck, Plargg) flood the table with cheap exiled spells, while damage doublers and triplets (Solphim, Torbran, Fiery Emancipation, Ojer Axonil) turn pingers into finishers. The commander's activated ability is a repeatable impulse outlet, but Chandra acts as a hidden commander if Nico is removed. There are no infinite combos; wins are assembled from many small triggers and an occasional huge Etali/Chandra chain.
