Deck overview

This deck is a Bant stompy and creature-storm engine commanded by Helga, Skittish Seer. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana dorks to cast Helga on Turn 2 or 3, then chaining high-impact creatures with mana value 4 or greater. Each qualifying creature cast triggers Helga to draw a card, gain life, and grow in power, transforming her into a massive mana dork. By Turn 5, Helga generates surplus mana to deploy apex threats like Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Nyxbloom Ancient, and Hullbreaker Horror. Layered creature protection from Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Sigarda, Host of Herons, and Destiny Spinner insulates the board from targeted removal and countermagic. The deck overwhelms opponents with trampling combat damage or closes the game decisively with Akroma's Will by Turn 7.
