Deck overview

This is a classic Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Stella Lee, Wild Card, built to chain instants and sorceries into a critical-mass turn. The engine runs on magecraft triggers - Archmage Emeritus for cards, Storm-Kiln Artist for treasure mana, Veyran, Voice of Duality to double every trigger - while Stella's second-spell trigger exiles a card to play and her tap ability copies a spell once you've cast three. The primary wins are storm payoffs: Brain Freeze to mill, Elemental Eruption to flood the board with dragons, or ping damage from Guttersnipe/Electrostatic Field. Secondary lines include Niv-Mizzet, Parun with draw spells and an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery to recast the entire graveyard. The deck is a value-first storm build that wins through a single explosive turn rather than a compact combo.
