Deck overview

This Sultai mill deck is helmed by Homer, the Hermit, whose landfall trigger mills each opponent for twice the number of Crabs, Lobsters, Nautiluses, Starfish, and Trilobites you control. The primary plan is to flood the board with those creature types, chain extra land drops through Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Ramunap Excavator, and Ancient Greenwarden, and mill opponents out over repeated landfall triggers. The fast finish is the Bruvac the Grandiloquent combo: doubling any big mill spell - Maddening Cacophony kicked, Traumatize, or Fractured Sanity - empties entire libraries at once. Yarok, the Desecrated and Ancient Greenwarden double landfall triggers, while Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Reanimate, and Splendid Reclamation provide recursion. The deck is a midrange value-mill strategy that wins through incremental landfall milling or a sudden Bruvac-assisted combo.
