Deck overview

This deck combines classic green-based Elfball swarm mechanics with a Sultai graveyard-activated ability combo engine commanded by Thranduil, the Elvenking. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through low-cost Druids like Priest of Titania, Llanowar Elves, and Devoted Druid. The deck quickly transitions into its primary win condition by using Buried Alive, Fauna Shaman, or self-mill to place Devoted Druid, Immaculate Magistrate, and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord directly into the graveyard. Once Thranduil enters the battlefield, he inherits these activated abilities, tapping to generate infinite +1/+1 counters and infinite mana before sacrificing a massive creature to drain all opponents simultaneously. If the graveyard plan is contested, the deck retains full operational independence through traditional Elfball overrun lines powered by Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Finale of Devastation, and Staff of Domination.
