Gwen - Spider Queen II by Sdrex

Format: Commander

Commander: Gwen Stacy // Ghost-Spider

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gwen Stacy is the cheap front half, but this is a Ghost-Spider deck: it wants to transform early and make the Spider the engine and finisher. The back face's haste, vigilance, flying, and +1/+1 counters convert every 'cast from exile' effect into commander damage. A dense impulse-draw package-Reckless Impulse, Wrenn's Resolve, Harnfel, Eruth-keeps the chain alive, while payoffs like The Lost and the Damned, Pia Nalaar, and Vega turn exile plays into creatures and cards. Eruth and Urianger can keep the deck running if Gwen is answered. The finish is usually a large hasty Spider with double strike from Akroma's Will.
