Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue spellslinger and permanent-cloning engine commanded by Orvar, the All-Form. The strategy focuses on using inexpensive 1-mana instants and sorceries that target your own permanents to duplicate lands, mana rocks, and value creatures. Early turns establish a stable mana base through basic Islands, Sol Ring, and cost-reducers like Sapphire Medallion. Once Orvar enters the battlefield on Turn 4, simple targeting spells such as Twiddle and Thermal Flux ramp additional untapped lands while replacing themselves in hand. During the mid to late game, the deck transitions from mana acceleration into overwhelming board control by duplicating game-ending creatures like Agent of Treachery, Scourge of Fleets, Auton Soldier, and Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant. With backup engines like Vesuvan Duplimancy and mass-cloning via Rite of Replication, the deck overwhelms opponents with massive token armies, repeated bounce triggers, and permanent theft.
