Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue tempo strategy led by Namor the Sub-Mariner, converting every blue noncreature spell into an army of 1/1 Merfolk tokens. By pairing aggressive tribal lords like Lord of Atlantis and Master of the Pearl Trident with a dense suite of free and low-cost interaction, the deck maintains proactive pressure while keeping mana open to disrupt opponents. Casting counterspells such as Force of Negation and Mana Drain simultaneously protects your board and expands it by triggering Namor. Once assembled, the deck leverages unblockability, flying, and islandwalk to close the game across two to three combat turns. While vulnerable to uncounterable sweepers and reliant on combat damage, its efficient disruption package allows it to dictate the pace of the table.
