Deck overview

Five-color dragon beatdown with a compact infinite-damage combo. The primary plan is to ramp into cost-reduced Dragons, use Niv-Mizzet, Guildpact's combat trigger for card advantage and burn, and close with a wide flying board. The secondary finish is the Niv-Mizzet, Visionary plus Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind loop: any noncombat damage or card draw becomes a repeating 1-damage/draw chain. Call the Spirit Dragons offers an independent upkeep win. The commander is a powerful combat engine and color fixer, not the only win condition. The deck is intentionally interactive but has no free stack protection, so it loses to fast noncreature strategies and heavy sweepers.
